Ronald Millman, O.D.
Dr. Millman graduated with honors from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from The New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts. After graduation Dr. Millman continued his father’s legacy and joined the family’s optometric practice in Dover, New Jersey. Outside the office, Dr. Millman is a staff member of many local multi-care facilities including Morris View Healthcare Center. Dr. Millman’s postgraduate education includes training at the State University of New York, State College of Optometry through which he became licensed in the Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease with both topical and oral pharmaceutical agents.
Dr. Millman is a diplomate of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry and is Board Certified by the American Board of Clinical Optometry. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians and the Tri-County Society of Optometric Physicians where he has served as President. Dr. Millman is President of the Randolph Board of Health in Randolph, New Jersey. Additionally, Dr. Millman serves on the Board of Trustees of the Optometric Center of New York at the State University of New York, State College of Optometry through which he has established a scholarship endowment devoted to assisting the institutions top students meet their professional goals.
Dr. Millman enjoys caring for patients throughout New Jersey. When not practicing optometry, Dr. Millman enjoys traveling and gathering with his friends and family.

John F. Insinga, O.D., F.A.A.O.
Diplomate, American Board of Optometry
Dr. Insinga graduated Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He completed his Doctorate in Optometry at the State University of New York, State College of Optometry graduating in the top of his class. During his training, he performed internships at the Castle Point Veterans Administration Hospital and Omni Eye Specialists of Baltimore. Dr. Insinga then completed a specialized residency program in the management of ocular diseases at Omni Eye Services of New Jersey. He spent the next seventeen years of his career caring for a diverse population of medical and surgical patients while serving as the Center Director of a large optometric referral center. He now brings his mastery of eye disease management to Millman Eye Associates, LLC.
Dr. Insinga is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and has been Board Certified through the American Board of Optometry. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians. Dr. Insinga has served as Secretary, Vice President and President of the Tri-County Society of Optometric Physicians and has participated as a Board of Directors member for the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians. In 2010, Dr. Insinga was named “Young Optometrist of the Year” by the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians for his service to the profession. Dr. Insinga’s previous academic appointments included serving as an adjunct clinical professor for institutions such as the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, State University of New York; State College of Optometry, Ohio State College of Optometry, and the University of Missouri, St. Louis College of Optometry. Through these appointments he has assisted in the training of hundreds of future optometrists.
Dr. Insinga enjoys lecturing to optometrists throughout New Jersey and has published a feature article in the June 2001 issue of Review of Optometry discussing the diagnosis and management of post-cataract surgery complications. Dr. Insinga’s expert commentary was also included in the July 2007 issue of Review of Optometry discussing the postoperative management of the trabeculectomy as well as the glaucoma drainage implant patient.
Dr. Insinga is married to his wife Melissa and they have two children. His interests include saltwater fly-fishing and spending time with his friends and family.
